<p style="text-align: justify;">La réputation longuement bâtie d’un hôtellier indépendant peut basculer en quelques clics, par des gens qui n’y ont jamais mis les pieds, mais ont accès au site web ou google maps ou autres commentaires.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Un grand besoin d’aide et de conseil se fait ressentir chez les hôteliers ainsi harcelés. Pour se dépatauger, ils doivent passer presque plus de temps sur leur page trip-advisor que aux réservations ou à peaufiner leur yield !</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">C’est quand même énervant, non, ces sites de post-adolescents comme twitter ou facebook qui tout à coup frappent à notre porte (non, je blague) et deviennent sérieux ! Et oui, le social networking est à prendre au sérieux. Et ça peut couter bonbon.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Vrai ou Faux, à moins de passer autant de temps que les simili touristes pour contrer leurs avis négatifs, sans perdre de vue que l’on peut perdre sa crédibilité en étant trop critique envers un client éventuel, la guerre est difficile.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Certains magasines web comme i-tourisme proposent des articles documentés sur le sujet et je vous invite à parcourir <strong><span style="color: #ff0000;"><a href="http://www.i-tourisme.fr/a-la-une-/faux-avis-la-lutte-s-organise.html" target="_blank">celui-ci</a></span></strong>.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><a href="http://media.bestofmicro.com/digital-terrorism,D-G-254500-3.jpg" target="_blank"><img class="alignright" style="margin: 20px;" title="Guerre de linformation &amp; réputation" src="http://media.bestofmicro.com/digital-terrorism,D-G-254500-3.jpg" alt="" width="240" height="160" /></a>Selon cet article, pour réagir au phénomène, en face de chaque voyageur on mettrait un agent qui traite les informations, ce qui révèle l’énorme importance et influence qu’à pris la réputation numérique ces derniers temps.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Sans oublier la Répression des Fraudes dont l’acronyme ne me revient jamais, qui va voir les un peu trop “bien disants” ! c’est excellent. (#ironie). Pourquoi ne pas se tirer des balles dans les pieds, tant qu’on peut, le tourisme français étant une des dernières industries à embaucher local… On délocalise pas le Negresco, ouf ! Mais la Cote d’Azur à déjà été délaissée pour la Turquie ou la Grèce en 2011.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">A quand la Répression des Fraudes sur le dos d’un pauvre internaute dépressif qui à juste envie de se défouler sur un Palace qu’il ne pourra jamais se payer ? Ou un grossiste web qui en veut à l’hôtelier de ne pas être son client et s’est décidé à lui donner une leçon ?</p>
