Animer  votre équipe, organiser le bon fonctionnement de votre magasin, mettre  en place votre merchandising et vos opérations commerciales sont les  challenges que vous relèverez au quotidien. Vous bénéficiez d’un  parcours de formation quand vous intégrez notre enseigne pour vous  familiariser à nos produits et nos techniques.<br />
Type contrat : CDI —  temps complet.<br />
Statut cadre.

<p style="text-align: justify;">Vous avez une expérience confirmée dans le domaine du commerce ou de  la restauration rapide et ça vous a plu ! Vous avez goûté au management  et vous êtes fait pour ça !</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Rémunération brute mensuelle selon profil 1750 à 1900 Euros + primes +  intéressement + participation + mutuelle + CE + tickets restaurant.</p>

Dans le cadre de notre  stratégie de développement, nous recherchons notre Chargé d’Affaires H/F  — Commercial (e) basé (e) à Toulouse (31).

<p style="text-align: justify;">Rattaché (e) au chef des  ventes, vous avez l’entière responsabilité de votre secteur :</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Vos  missions :</p>
<ul>
<li>Développer et entretenir le portefeuille clients  existant.</li>
<li>Prospecter les entreprises « cœur de cible ».</li>
<li>Participer activement à l’animation et au développement des compétences  d’une force de vente du Groupe.</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Assurer un reporting régulier  auprès de votre manager.</li>
</ul>
<p style="text-align: justify;">De formation commerciale supérieure Bac +2/4, vous justifiez d’une  expérience réussie dans la vente de services B to B (Presse gratuite,  Transport, Logistique, Location Longue Durée, Intérim, Nettoyage  industriel…).<br />
Vous avez démontré lors de cette première expérience,  votre capacité à conduire et à conclure une vente.<br />
Tempérament de  développeur, qualités relationnelles, détermination, autonomie, sens des  objectifs et enthousiasme sont vos atouts pour relever le challenge que  nous vous proposons.<br />

<p id="description_annonce" style="text-align: justify;">Crit Cadre Tertiaire recrute pour un de ses clients, société d’équipements automobiles, un(e) Gestionnaire Clientèle H/F.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Vous serez l’interface logistique entre les usines et les clients.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Pour cela, vous aurez en charge :<br />
– la gestion de plusieurs portefeuilles clients,<br />
– la garantie de la bonne performance de livraison de l’usine,<br />
– l’analyse les demandes de livraisons clients,<br />
– l’établissement du plan industriel et commercial,<br />
– le pilotage des stocks de produits finis relaltifs à vos portefeuilles.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">De formation Bac +5 (ou inférieur avec expérience significative), vous avez une spécialisation en logistique / supply chain management.<br />
Autonome et ayant l’esprit d’équipe, vous avez travaillé en logistique dans des entreprises industrielles et internationales (gestion de stock, relation clients).<br />
Vous aimez prendre des initiatives et avez une forte capacité à résister au stress.<br />
Informatique : Excel et SAP indispensables.<br />
Langues : français, anglais courants indispensables / allemand courant fortement souhaité.

<p>Poste :<br />
En assurant un lien permanent entre la Direction des Filières/Produits et les fournisseurs dont vous avez la charge, vous traitez les négociations, réalisez les mises à jour tarifaires et la mise à jour de gamme.<br />
Vous prenez en charge le suivi des dossiers de plusieurs fournisseurs de produits alimentaires après leur référencement, dont vous serez l’interlocuteur unique. Dans le cadre de la structuration de la Direction des Achats, vous avez pour double objectif :<br />
– La structuration de la fonction Achats sur la famille concernée afin d’améliorer la compétitivité de l’entreprise.<br />
– La négociation des conditions d’achat de l’ensemble des dépenses concernées, tout en garantissant une qualité parfaite et un taux de service élevé de la part des fournisseurs.</p>
<p>Vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes :<br />
– Vous assurez la gestion opérationnelle des achats, et vous apportez également les outils et méthodes nécessaires pour organiser et animer la fonction. Vous définissez les plans d’actions à moyen et long terme en vue de faire progresser la fonction.<br />
– Vous travaillez sur les processus internes et la communication avec les autres services du groupe, afin de développer la complémentarité et développer la pertinence et l’efficacité de votre fonction et de l’entreprise,<br />
– Vous construisez et animez les outils de reporting des achats sur vos familles : objectifs de prix, outils de mesure de la performance, communication des résultats à la Direction.<br />
– En tant que référent interne lors des ruptures structurelles de fournisseurs, vous collaborez avec les approvisionneurs et les coordinateurs pour identifier des solutions,<br />
– Vous transmettez au coordinateur de secteur toutes les informations susceptibles de modifier les données obtenues lors des référencements,<br />
– Vous préparez les conditions de mise en marché des produits et élaborer les schémas logistiques d’approvisionnement, les argumentaires de vente, les accords de référencement et les données du catalogue.</p>
<p>Profil :<br />
De formation ouverte bac +2 minimum, vous avez 5 ans d’expérience minimum dans le secteur de l’alimentaire et de la relation fournisseurs et/ou de la négociation.<br />
Vous avez une connaissance des logiciels suivants : Word, Excel, Outlook, internet et bases de données.<br />
Vous avez une certaine connaissance de l’achat dans le secteur alimentaire et si possible des produits « Bio ».<br />
Rigueur, autonomie, organisation, sens de l’écoute, prise d’initiatives, adaptabilité, esprit de synthèse, bon relationnel, esprit d’équipe sont autant d’éléments qui vous permettront de réussir à ce poste.</p>
